Bertrand Warusfel is a professor of law at the University of Paris 8. He is also Vice President of the French Association of Security and Defense Law (AFDSD) and French expert to the CCBE (Council of European Bars and Law Societies).
He is also a member of the editorial board of the journal Les Cahiers de la sécurité et de la justice (Institut des Hautes Études de la sécurité et de la justice – INHESJ) and of the editorial board of the journal Propriétés Intellectuelles.
