The French Edition

The first French Cyber 9/12 competition was held in 2019 at the International Cybersecurity Forum. The scenario examined an evolving cyber crisis with geopolitical impacts during the 2024 Paris Olympics. The last edition brought together about forty students from various international universities and they responded to major cyber incident affecting the voting process on New Caledonia’s potential accession to independence.

The Cyber 9/12 Strategy Challenge is a unique opportunity to engage with complex cyber issues with no requisite background except an interest in the topic, the desire to learn more and the creativity to find innovative solutions to this new generation of policy issues. It also constitutes an opportunity for the next generation to develop new skills through briefings and feedback with leading experts in the field.
