Claude Weber is a lecturer in Sociology. His research focuses on the role of the human factor. After approaches devoted to the importance of the human factor in the field of cyberdefense within the armed forces, particularly in terms of security issues, the aim will be to apply recent and current work in this field, which focuses, among other things, on military women, but especially on command and leadership.
