Position Details
Institution: Université Paris 8 – IFG Lab
Location: Campus Condorcet, Saint-Denis, France
Duration: 24 months, full-time (35.5h/week)
Start date: September 1, 2025
Salary: €3,300 gross/month

Main Responsibilities
Conduct research on Internet sanctions and international and European law
Publish academic and outreach articles
Participate in academic and policy events (conferences, workshops, symposia)
Develop strategic policy recommendations
Organize conferences to disseminate research findings
Profile Sought
PhD in public international law or European law with a focus on digital issues
Strong command of sanctions law, international human rights law, or telecommunications law
Deep understanding of the Internet connectivity ecosystem
Experience in public policy (a plus)
Ability to work collaboratively and manage short- and mid-term projects
Excellent command of English (French is a plus)
