Adam Abdou-Hassan’s areas of expertise include cybercrime, cyberdefense, relations between the European Union and sub-Saharan African States, human rights, democracy, rule of law, good governance, migration, armed conflicts, security and defense issues, etc.
He is the author of several articles and reports in these fields and has acquired extensive practical experience of the functioning of institutions and legal determinants in sub-Saharan African countries in the context of their relations with the European Union.
